If by any chance there is an issue or you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you ordered, don't worry! Returns are free* and we will take care of it end-to-end. All you need to do is simply email us at [email protected] or call us on +91-22-39966227, (between 10 AM to 6 PM India Time) telling us about the product(s) you would like to return and then sit back and relax. We will take care of the res for select products and pin codes only

In the rare case we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 5% of the product price or Rs.300, whichever is lower. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have the details. These details can be sent to us via email us at [email protected] or call us on+91-22-39966227 between 10 AM to 6 PM India Time.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your SwissBezel's Account within 24 hours of reaching the warehouse. Please Note: Shipping Charges and COD charges are not refundable. Once the refund amount is in your SwissBezel's Account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy something new as and when you like.
